ABC Day Nurseries

The pre-school room is registered to provide nursery education. Within our pre-school room we have a variety of different areas to encourage learning through play and discovery. We have qualified teacher support 2 days a week.

The room has a large carpeted area with under floor heating and a large area for art and messy activities.

Information technology also plays an important role within our pre-school; the children will have the opportunity to use computers and an interactive white board. All software will be age and stage appropriate for the children.

The staff in the room enable children to learn by providing a language rich environment, which allows all children to develop at their own unique level and pace. This also benefits the acquisition of English for those children who have English as an additional language.

Within this area there are two doors leading to the outside play area, thus providing opportunities for the children to perform activities inside or out. This is in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
